I’ll never forget the first time I saw running photos of myself and thought, “Is that really me?” I felt so proud of what my body allowed me to do… but at the same time, I felt embarrassed by how I looked in certain photos. And honestly, that was such a weird conflict for me as someone who preaches confidence, strength, and owning your body. So I’m sharing this as a reminder that behind those “perfect” posts you see, there are usually way more photos that didn’t make the cut. Different angles. Awkward frames. Moments in motion. Photos we almost delete. But one photo does not define your body. Our bodies are incredible. My body allows me to run marathons, strength train, walk my dogs, show up for my life, and get up every single day. That is what I don’t want to take for granted. So yes, wear the outfit. Take the photos. Move your body. Celebrate what it can do. Wearing @buffbunny_collection 💕
